🏡 New Construction in Kittery, Maine — And What a View!
Take a look at 25 Oak Terrace in Kittery! After touring yesterday, I really love the contemporary design of this home, especially all the windows that bring in so much natural light and take advantage of those beautiful water views.

🎳 Changes Along Route 1 in Portsmouth!
Sad to hear about the closing of PiNZ in Portsmouth this May. With bowling, arcade games, axe throwing, and plenty of entertainment, it offered something a little different for families and friends along the Seacoast.
It also raises the question: What’s next for that space? Hope…

Since it’s Taco Tuesday, I thought I’d share a couple of my Seacoast favorites! 🌮
I’m officially giving Burrito Loco on Route 1 in Hampton my vote for the #1 tacos on the Seacoast! If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out!
For a quick burrito or bowl, I’m still a big fan of Las Olas. Always a solid choice!

A little time in Pittsburg, NH, exploring the Great North Woods with my great buddy Warren. Friends for 40-ish years, and still finding new places to explore!
Plenty of hiking, beautiful scenery, great conversations, no booze, and just enough ice cream and pumpkin cheesecake to balance out all that exercise. 😂

I agree with the premise of this, it can be true for some. My thought, “starter” can also mean a home you can afford at the time, it may used to start building wealth or a starting point to eventually get your dream home. 🏡🏠

Another great feature is the full walkout basement. It’s a blank canvas with so many possibilities, a home gym, game room, movie room, or whatever works best for your lifestyle.
You’re just minutes from Kittery Foreside and downtown Portsmouth, with all the restaurants, shops, and coastal charm that make this area such a great place to call home.
Take a look at the photos, especially those views!
If this home catches your eye and you’re not currently working with a REALTOR®, I’d be happy to share more information, answer any questions, or set up a private showing.

Hopefully, something that will bring new energy and opportunities to the area.
On a brighter note, Bowl-O-Rama on Lafayette Road is still going strong! They just celebrated an incredible 70 years in business, having opened back in September 1956! A true Portsmouth institution, offering traditional candlepin bowling, an arcade, leagues, and Shenanigans for something to eat. 👏
It’s a reminder of just how challenging it can be to open and operate a business, especially with today’s costs and competition.
One of the things I love about Portsmouth and the Seacoast is the variety of locally owned businesses that give our communities their character. But we have to support them. Whether it’s grabbing lunch, shopping locally, or spending an evening out, those visits really do matter.
The places we grow to love need our support to stick around.
Here’s to the next chapter for the PiNZ space, and another 70 years for Bowl-O-Rama!
Have some favorite memories of either place? I’d love to hear them!

Just my two cents on a Tuesday! Anyone have a favorite taco spot I should check out? Always willing to do a little more research on this one! 🌮
